This apartment is right in the heart of all the attractions—it's a vibrant neighborhood but surprisingly quiet. The location is excellent, with easy access to the beach, tram, train station, and grocery stores. Inside, the apartment was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed. Having two bathrooms and 1 share toilet worked out perfectly for me and my sister, our partners. Bart was an amazing host; he was super attentive and stayed in touch throughout our stay to answer any questions. He let us check in early and my sister left her hat and Bart met up with her and let her pick it up day later. Hope we get to visit Nice again in future and stay here, highly recommended.

Location excellent

The owners were very accommodating and there to help with anything needed. The location was the best!!
