Location…very near Tarbert but out of town with lovely views across the bay.
The house was really cosy and had everything we needed for a very enjoyable and relaxing visit to this special island.

The views from the cottage were amazing and always changing with the weather. Lovely relaxing space to watch the ferry come and go. Close to Tarbert and to the lovely local shops.
Superbly clean, comfortable bed and good shower. Scents from Essence of Harris was a nice touch.
Had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it.
Need to be careful on the track with your car - just go slowly.
The coombes upstairs are narrow, so be mindful.
Larger towels. No microwave.
More comfortable seats in the lounge.
Minor things, but sharing to help others.

It was very comfortable, clean and well designed. The view was beautiful with lots to watch in the bay. It was close to Tarbert so ideal to explore all of the island.
Access to the shore would have been good.

Fantastic view over the bay from picture windows.
The balcony would have been great if the sun had appeared, but unfortunately we couldn't use it as the weather was so bad.
Comfortable bed.
Good kitchen and utility room.
No bath in bathroom.
Seats in lounge were low and not particularly comfortable.
Long steep track down to the house is badly in need of resurfacing due to potholes and scree. Tyres struggled to grip, especially when wet. Was worried about breaking car suspension whenever we had to go out or return to the house, so property best suited to 4x4 or suitably robust vehicle.
