Great stay overall. The house is perfectly located in the heart of Asbury Park—an easy walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. It was spacious, very clean, and thoughtfully stocked with amenities like games, beach chairs, umbrellas, and even Yeti cups, which made things really convenient.A couple small improvements would go a long way—basic pantry items like salt and cooking oil would’ve been helpful, and having a designated parking spot would make things easier. That said, we really enjoyed our stay; it was just a bit pricier compared to similar homes in the area.

Our group of friends had such a great time staying here! The house was super clean and updated, with plenty of space and beds for everyone. We loved being able to hang out both inside and outside without ever feeling crowded. The location was perfect -- just a quick walk to the beach, boardwalk, and tons of good restaurants. We didn't get back into our cars all weekend. The place also had really fun, artsy touches in the decor that made it feel unique and not like a cookie-cutter rental. The host was awesome to work with -- super responsive and easy to communicate with before and during our stay, which made everything smooth.Overall, this was the perfect spot for our group trip, and we’d absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful! Great house, really nicely done, loved the large kitchen and great porches! Most of all we loved the location, close to quaint Main Street in Ocean Grove and exciting Asbury! Right on the lake adds charming view and privacy and really close to the beach. Would definitely stay here again

Great place to stay for a large family gathering. There was something for everyone. Check in was easy and the house was well air conditioned on a crazy hot day. One snafu with the refrigerator not being cold but they were attentive and addressed the issues quickly. Parking was challenging at prime time but we moved later in the day and it was fine. I would do it again!
