The location is few steps from the metro, the kitchen had a microwave, oven and water heater, so it was decently equipped. The bigger bed was really comfortable. You do feel safe inside the apartment and the communication with Jose was lovely.

The windows to the balcony in both rooms are cheap and need to be changed. They dont close completely so you can hear everything day and night as if you had a window open. I thought previous reviews were exaggerating but it is really impossible to sleep. From people screaming, cars driving, garbage trucks loading trash at 4am, you hear everything. The remote control for tv wasnt working properly. The single bed was really hard. There is just one aircon for heating in the whole flat, which is not enough. From afar the apartment seemed clean, but looking up close, the oven was dirty, the bathroom is moldy and rusty, and really cold. The drain needs to be changed. Also the sun doesnt enter the flat.. at all.
