Overall a nice property. Very clean.

I don’t leave reviews often however I felt like feedback to the company could be helpful as there are small things they could do to make this a much more comfortable stay. Note to renters, BYO…towels, pillows, blankets, k-cups… Pros: great location in NuLu, clean, updated, nice parking and great outdoor pool/lounge area. Pool is shallow so would be good for kids too and never got busy despite being a hot summer weekend. Cons: the biggest very bizarre thing we discussed with other people renting from CozySuites in the same building while hanging at the pool…they are so stingy with towels. We got one bath and one washcloth per person for a 3 night stay. And one hand towel to share. No other towels. No kitchen towel either. And a small bath mat but no extra towels to wipe up water on the floor. There is a washer dryer but what a waste of water and electricity to run a load for 2 towels. Not very eco friendly. There are no extra towels for the pool either. Easy solution- give at least a few extra towels to guests, esp since this isn’t a hotel where you can just easily request more to the room. - similarly stingy, 3 coffee k-cups total for 2 people for 3 nights. Stock at least enough for one per person per day. -no garbage can in bathroom, no shelving in shower so everything sits on floor, needs curtains to decrease light in bedroom -2 pillows, each horrible and one very thin blanket on bed, not cozy or comfortable
