It takes a lot for me to give a bad review, but this property was so deceptive in the VRBO listing that I want to ensure others are aware for their visit. I clearly indicated we would have three people staying at this property. This listing stated there was a separate bedroom and a couch that converted to a bed. Both of these statements are false. The bedroom does not have a full wall, so it’s not really a bedroom. The tiny couch did not convert to a bed and even if it did, there were no blankets, sheets or pillows available for it.There is a pool, but we were left only 2 bracelets for pool entry. This was not shared with us until 1 hour before check-in. More deception. The check-in instructions are provided 2 hours prior to the 4 pm check-in time but you don’t actually get the code to your unit until 15 mins prior. Since this is located in an urban environment, one cannot park anywhere until entry to the unit is given to get the parking pass. The water pressure is similar to the Smokey Mountains…. Land of a thousand trickles. Location is great and the pool was nice but don’t stay here if there’s more than 2 of you. It’s really more of a place for a young couple. Also the rental company does respond to questions pretty timely. Without these 2 factors, the rating would have been much lower.
