Location is perfect. Everything is close by and easy to get to: restaurants, bars, shops, etc. Room is large and clean. Although I found the mattress on the bed thinner than expected and the pillows rather small, I slept quite well. The noise from the traffic outside did not keep me up. Loved to find the fridge and freezers already up and running and the supplied kitchen items were adequate for my needs. Bathroom was clean and large enough to move around in. Water pressure and temperature in the shower were excellent. View from the room was perfect. Staff was in constant contact to make sure I was all set.

No elevator. I guess I missed this part when I booked the room. Stairs are somewhat narrow so if you have large luggage it may be a struggle. The toilet paper holder on the side of the toilet should be moved as it is in a very awkward location wedged between you and the wall. There is no shelf or accessory in the shower to place you shampoo or soap on/in so you have to put it on the shower floor.

Received the entrance codes via WhatsApp the day before, no problems at all. Apartment was very large and had a well equipped kitchen and coffee machine. A nice sofa to lay on. A lovely view of the river and cathedral. Bed was good and all fresh linen etc. Shower was exceptional. I communicated with staff via WhatsApp and had no problems. The apartment is just a moment away from the river with bars/restaurants etc.

Nothing at all.

Excellent location in the center of Dinant. Steps from the Citadel, the church, water and many restaurants. The apartment was spacious, very clean, water pressure excellent and very comfortable because of the airconditioner. Everything you could need was available in the apartments. Communication with the Sandra was very pleasant.

Cannot think of anything.
