The location was great although noisy. The curtains didn't make it feel private, but the views were excellent.
Booked early and had multiple communications with the host. When We got to the room it was not what was promised and there was only one bed instead of two. Supposedly the rest of the rooms were booked in both places so we just had to make it work. According to the host, the reason we didn't get the room we booked was we didn't get back in contact. This doesn't make sense since we had written confirmation of what we were to receive. There would be no reason to contact the host again. I even sent the text string showing our confirmation.

Well appointed apartment with excellent location
Slightly awkward access up tight staircase

location is great, building was nice too, the apartment comfortable and there are enough parking spots nearby.
The apartment has many windows, which is nice, but there aren’t enough curtains. At night, city lights shine into the space, and in the morning, sunlight comes in very early, making it uncomfortable.
The door lock also feels unreliable and sometimes wouldn’t lock properly when we left the apartment.
