Location, sauna, private onsen, view - what more could you ask for! Will be back.

The view was 10/10. Onsen and sauna overlooking Lake Ashi and Mt Fuji was probably the best view I've ever had in a hotel. Location was sorry convenient to food, the boat pier, and the bus stop. Eating breakfast with your feet in the foot bath in the deck was an incredible experience.

Sound traveled from other rooms. Both nights someone was playing music or watching movies and it was hard to sleep even with a sounds machine turned up pretty loud. Digital check in took too long. Once we were able to get connected with somebody, it was smooth but uploading all of the passport information individually and then trying over and over to call wasn't great. **One note for the property: out the south ground-level doors, you walk down cement steps and then there's a gravel path. Halfway down that gravel path, there are multiple pieces of rebar sticking out of the ground that are maybe 2 to 3 inches tall. We had two people in our family trip on those. That seems like a massive liability that should be fixed. Especially if an elderly person were to fall there. I took pictures for reference if you'd like them.

Modern, comfortable and very spacious

Amazing view right on the lake and really true to the pictures at the site. Comfortable for families and clean . The apartment is beautiful and has everything that is needed. The onsen is clean beautiful and Private. The option for feet pool at the balcony is amazing .

At the apartment that we ordered, There was only one bedroom with 2 supposedly queen beds. The beds are smaller and can be a bit crowded to sleep all together in one bedroom. There is an option for one person to sleep at the living room’s sofa.
