The location was very nice!! Great view of the ocean from the balcony! Loved having a washing machine and a dryer! It was cool how you have an indoor pool and an outdoor pool. Overall a nice place!!!

The faucet was dripping (kitchen and master bathroom - second sink; farthest from the light switch) and you would have to mess with it to get it stop the drip.

The location was perfection. We spent everyday on the beach and at the pool for the whole week we were there. Very difficult to leave since it truly was paradise. The walk across the street to the beach was so easy and there were beachfront restaurants and local shops all around us to choose from. (I recommend the fish tacos from whales tale followed by a visit to the sweets shop in building B of the property 😊) the whole family had a blast and we would love to come back to the property again soon.

There were some complaints I have to mention about the unit itself, but to be fair it probably was just due to wear and tear overtime. Both the fold out sofa beds were broken which was inconvenient since that’s where my 7-year-old chose to sleep. Instead we pushed both couches together to make it more comfortable for her. Luckily she was so tired from all the day to day festivities that she didn’t complain about it. Also, the balcony door from the master suite was broken and could not open. We could see out just fine, which was gorgeous, but couldn’t use it for balcony access. One of the front bedrooms had several issues in the en-suite bathroom. Looked like there may have been water damage that was covered up with paint. Lastly the previous tenants (probably not due to the cleaning crew or management) did a horrible job caring for the cookware and dishes prior to departure because I had to buy heavy duty supplies and scrub them thoroughly by hand in order to use them at all to cook.

The view was perfect. Great location.

Needs some major updating. No front access of building A when they close pool for weather. Few things didn’t work inside the condo. Plug in didn’t work in master bath. Stove top was cracked so couldn’t cook. Faucets leaked in the master bath. Master bed needs new mattress.
