The location is great facing the ocean. The apartment is clean, maybe run down in a few places. The staff are very helpful and point you to the right places.
The hot water was not available at times especially if you need to take a slightly longer shower like wash your hair. They gave each room a sheet on the bed, in case there are two people they need to share. Also with the AC a slightly thicker / warmer could help. Small suggestions.

It is a managed apartment complex, and there is a service attendant 24/7 that helps when you are checking in late or early. The apartment is spacious. The showers have good hot water. The air conditioning is good. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment.
Parking the vehicles was a little bit hard as there were limited parking spots.

Breakfast on the first day only. It was good.
Additional cooking pots and other kitchen items such potato piller, side plates, meat cutting knife, rice cooker, cooking spatula, kitchen towels.

Rooms were spacious. View was amazing. Breakfast was very nice. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.
The housekeeping service was very poor. Across our two stays—one for 5 nights and another for 2 nights—our room was not cleaned even a single time. The sink kept dripping water the entire time, and it was never fixed despite our complaints. We repeatedly asked for a pot to cook noodles, but it was never provided. When we asked a housekeeping staff member to empty our dustbin, he simply walked away, saying his shift was over.
