Cleanliness of the apartment. Location and proximity to London Tower Hill, underground stations, many varieties of restaurants/ fast food spots.
Serene atmosphere.
The elevator wasn’t working on the day I checked in. So I had to drag my luggage all the way to the last floor as that was where my room was.
However, it was fixed about a day or so after I checked-in.
There was not major trash bin outside the building. I received an email a day to check-out, telling me to take all the trash out of the apartment, yet there was no dumpster to dump it in.

Location
The air conditioner was playing up. But staff did attend to the problem.

Everything was really good and comfortable.
Only thing was carpet and sofa could be cleaned a bit better

Loved the location however the pictures do not reflect the property.
The pictures do not reflect the property. The windows were tiny in comparison plus the property was located above an Indian restaurant so the smell was intense and consistent.

"Assolutamente tutto stupendo.
Appartamento grande, pulito, posizione ottima attaccata alla fermata della metro.
Il personale (sentito solo tramite app e WhatsApp) sempre molto cordiale e disponibile."
