First of all, there are 3 well functioning airconditioner, that kept us comfortable despite the scorching heat in Florence in August. Second, the location! Everything is just a few steps away, when you come out of the building you'll be met with a very lively street specially in the evening. 3rd is the size of the place and the layout. The picture do not do justice of how big the apartment actually is. The sofa which turned into the bedroom of our kids can be enclosed with a door and a sliding door that separate it from the kitchen. The kids love it that they can watch movie and relax. The masterbedroom is enormous, plenty of space, we had all 4 luggages inside out bedroom, spread out on the floor for easy access to our clothes. 4th, there are two bathrooms both with shower. And last but definitely not the least the fascilties! I love how easy it was to check inn and access the apartment with the automatic access through our phone. There's a washing machine and a dryer in a separate room. We felt safe and really at home. When we had questions or concern we get the help we needed. I'll definitely choose this again next time I'm in Florence!

Todo pero sobre todo la ubicación

Spacious, clean ,stocked with everything that we needed. Great property management, very responsive, great location. Everything within 15 minutes of walking.

Nothing

Nice location, big enough for a family, 2 bathrooms.

When we arrived after a 12 hour flight , we walk in to find the place was never cleaned from previous guests!!! We had to taxi back and forth to a far away apt for the night and back to where we had a dinner reservation that evening. The management refused to refund the night stay or even recoup for half the night as we had to travel and stay in a much smaller apt for the night. Not happy about this.
