Excellent location in 2 min walk from any historical site. The staff was helpful. The apartment is nice. It was handy to have a washing machine.

There is a neighbor down stairs that was very rude. She was waiting for us every time we left the apartment and shouting on us nasty things. There is no way to lock the bathroom. The water in the shower didn’t have good pressure.

En el edificio vive una señora que no le cae bien los turistas, seguramente tiene alguna patología psiquiátrica porque se pasa todo el día gritando y amenazando con mucha agresividad.

Excellent location , less than 5 mins stroll to the uffizzi gallery and ponte vecchio . The beautiful cathedral less than 10 mins walk . Lovely Appartment with all amenities we needed. Comfy beds and air con . Host who came to meet us Paulo was lovely and helpful , especially when I struggled with the different coloured door numbers for residence and shops 😂

I hate to have to put this as wouldn’t want to put people off such an ideal location . There is an issue with a resident in the Appartment building , she clearly doesn’t want tourists to stay and makes that very clear . We tried our best to ignore her , but every time she heard the lift being called she would come and wait on her floor for us to pass and just stare at us in quite a strange manner , she also would shout at us to stop banging , we hadn’t been . Felt like we had to tiptoe in and out of building to try and avoid her . If you can ignore her , then it’s a lovely place , put it’s quite hard to ignore when she’s standing in hallways just staring !! Could do with some mirrors in the bedroom .

Great location! (less than 5 mins the Uffizzi gallery/Ponte Vecchio). Decent beds, clean and crisp linens, great air conditioner, washer/dryer, and enough closet space. Place looks like in the pictures and has most items listed in the amenities. We had contacted the property of check-in/check-out times and they provided prompt responses.

The scary resident - she followed me to 4th floor, kept yelling in my face that this is a private property, that I am trespassing, and she will call the police. There is clearly an issue with resident. We did our best to ignore her (as advised by the person checking us in) but this was not pleasant at all - who wants to tiptoe in/out of apartment & hear her yell at you & asking who you are you to be in this building. She scared me every time I saw her!!. She randomly shouts in the mornings/evenings to stop making noise (there was no noise). Pretty much every time going down in the lift, we saw her standing by her door & sometime in the staircase if you take the stairs down slowly to make sure you are not making noise. It was scary and super uncomfortable. I did not want to start my vacation with that energy, and it did not stop & continued during our stay of six nights. If you can ignore her, then you can enjoy the place. Having one set of keys is difficult when you have multiple people with different schedules. There is only one mirror in the bathroom, so it was hard to get ready without a 2nd mirror. Towels could use a refresh as they were thin/a bit rough. All in one tiny shampoo/shower gel bottles were small, and the little soaps was not enough for multiple people for 6 days. We even bought some toilet paper as we ran out of it on the 5th day & did not want to wait for it. There is no hand soap in the bathroom or in the kitchen. There are no kitchen towels (paper or cloth), no dish soap (enough for the dishwasher), and no extra garbage bags in bathroom & kitchen. Extra towels, pillows, and hangers would have been nice too. We ended up doing laundry of towels. Late evening on the day of arrival, the only thing we contacted the property was for the missing iron. It was unfortunate that it took three days into the stay before we got it. They brought us a bottle of wine to make up for the delay.
