Great location, waking distance to so many places. Many Meto, RER, Bus options nearby.Restaurants and shops just below on street level to choose from.We chose location to be near event we were attending on Saturday night…we were able to walk.Bonus: several Christmas markets open in this neighborhood.

Great location, easy to navigate.

The apartment had good location and is a decent value. I have lowered some ratings for the following reasons:- it was not exactly as described and shows some signs of use, such as sagging mattress, missing decorations, old appliances, missing utensils, etc.- WiFi worked well once I was able to connect to it since instructions provided were completely incorrect and I had to figure it out myself - the biggest annoyance was the communication with property management, a large company replying with templated text. They requested security deposit but the system they asked to use to pay it was outside of VRBO and did not work, then kept saying check in instructions will not be provided until deposit is payed. Made me really nervous by not resolving this until day before arrival. Support was not helpful and if they canceled reservation, would not have paid difference between what I paid and higher rate of last minute reservation.- when I reported a few problems with the apartment, they asked to take photos and videos in such way that made me suspect they would be nitpicking every detail when checking out. I probably would not stay there again and also avoid this platform in the future.
