Large, quiet, new duplex in the liveliest neighborhood of Paris. Located on a street in the Latin Quarter dating back to the Middle Ages.
Notre Dame, the Louvre, and the Sorbonne are 5 minutes away. Direct metro access to the Musée d'Orsay, Versailles, and the Eiffel Tower is 50 meters away.
Very easy access from the airports.

The apartment has been completely renovated recently.
It is located on the ground floor overlooking a quiet courtyard. Access is secure.
The loft consists of an entrance hall with a kitchenette, a bathroom, a large room, and a mezzanine.
The large 27 m² room has overhead lighting. It contains a dining area, a sitting area, and an alcove with a double bed. It can accommodate a futon, each of which can be used as a comfortable bed for one person.
The large 11 m² mezzanine is separate from the living area. It has a double bed (140 x 200 cm). It is accessible via a steep staircase and has a ceiling height of 1.30 meters.
The kitchen is well-equipped. The private bathroom has a shower and toilet.
Sheets, towels, and linens are provided, as well as end-of-stay cleaning. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi and a television.

We had such a lovely stay. The apartment was easy to check-in and out. The hosts were amazingly helpful, and responsive. The location was perfect for hoping on the metro (a two minute walk) so you could go anywhere in the city. We also could walk to fabulous shops and restaurants with in 10-15 minutes. We were quite nervous to be in Paris during a heatwave, 90 degrees each day but this is the perfect summer apartment. It is on the first floor tucked back in a quiet courtyard off a bustling street. It was cool, comfortable and quiet inside the apartment. We’ll be back and would recommend it to friends and family.

The good:
The apartment makes most of the city walkable
Check in/out is easy
Size is reasonable
The bad:
You will awake each morning at 5.30 to the garbage bins being emptied
Lack of supplies (no dish soap, toilet paper, sharp knives, asked to purchase drain declogger by host when the shower was clogged upon arrival - not reumbursed for any costs)
