Thank you! Another fabulous stay!

This very comfortable, cute house in a quiet neighborhood was perfect for our stay. Check in and check out was super simple. It was an easy distance from the University of Oregon where our son was graduating from. The house has everything you would need, was very clean, nice bedding, plenty of plush towels. We were surprised to see plenty of toiletrie items for our use. Upon our arrival we were greeted with a complimentary bag of coffee (thank goodness because we arrived very late from the east coast and this was a life saver the next morning.) There was also a large bag of chocolates and a lei in the colors of U of O for our son to wear to graduation! How thoughtful. The owner, Steve, was gracious and welcoming, answering all of my questions quickly and kindly. When I asked if there might be a barbecue for grilling hot dogs and hamburgers (knowing we might be feeding some college kids) Steve immediately set up a brand new grill with all utensils, lighter fluid, charcoal, etc. We sooo apprieciated that. Ahead of our stay, we learned that Steve is a 25 year owner of a restaurant--Kona Hawaiian BBQ Cafe and Catering and we were able to schedule catering for a fabulous and delicious meal for our after graduation party. The food was enjoyed by all and we had plenty of it. We would recommend this property to everyone.

It was a good location for a landing pad for Oregon Country Fair, but it is in a very crowded neighborhood. The ability to use the garage to park in was reassuring. Unfortunately, the living room couch, which we were going to use as a bed for a teen, was unusable due to a urine smell (perhaps a recent pet?). Also, be careful using the 1980s-era glass shower door, which repeatedly came off of its rails while we were there.
