Check In and Out was very easy, staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The beach is right across the street and the pier is within walking distance about 15 min walk. My family and I enjoyed our stay!

We rented the bottom unit, which consisted of two queen beds, a futon, and a day bed with a pull out trundle bed. Free internet and TV were included.
It is located right across the street from the ocean, which was very convenient, and it was a reasonable walk down to old orchard beach pier

While the property was generally clean, There is definitely a need for some maintenance and repairs at the unit we stayed in. We decided that when we return, we would likely rather get one of the newer modular units.
Next.

Great location and great for a family with kids, plenty of room for kids to be comfortable with sleeping arrangements. New updated furniture and A/C is a big plus, everyone was comfortable with their own A/C units in each room. Overall great experience. very friendly and helpful staff.
Would definitely stay again when visiting Old Orchard Beach.
