The apartment is HUGE and nicely furnished. The kitchen has plenty of utensils. The property is lovely with many terraces and a nice view. There was a fireworks display visible from the terraces one night. .

The apartment was fine but the walk to the metro is a bit hairy. The walk along a main highway is scary at times, with a crumbling sidewalk; it is necessary to walk on the actual roadway for about 40 meters because the plants on the fence are not cut back. This isn’t the properties fault, just stating for info purposes. A week metro pass is €29. Cabs were that much each way so plan on about €60 daily minimum for cabs if you are not up for the walk to the Valle Aurelia stop. You can also walk to Baldo degli Ubaldi stop, which is the same distance and on sidewalks. But it is all uphill.

Fantastic apartment in a great location, perfect for short stays while enjoying all Rome has to offer. Very convenient metro link, restaurants and supermarkets near by. Airport transfers and checkin was very easy to navigate.

Air conditioning system is totally inadequate for Rome summer. When we arrived the AC was turned off. It took 48 hours to cool down..the breaker kept tripping when all of the units were on and we had to go to the basement to reset it. The owner should have cooled it BEFORE we arrived. She suggested we turn off the fridge while running all AC units at the same time. Shower drains clogged. Some ants in kitchen, otherwise very clean.
