Centara Life Lamai Resort Samui

The accommodation was beautiful, clean, and modern. However, what blew me away the most was the staff. They were incredibly helpful, kind, and always ready to assist. The food was absolutely delicious, whether it was the breakfast buffet or the meals in the restaurant during the day. It was the best Pad Thai I have ever had! A huge thank you goes to the hotel manager. She helped me so much, made me feel truly understood, and her willingness to help and her empathy are a real gift. I would also love to praise the gentleman at the bar, who was always smiling and attentive, and the chefs for their truly excellent food. The staff at this hotel lift your mood just by being there and smiling. Such a beautiful experience.. thank you! 🤍

The only thing I didn't like was the location. It was great in terms of accessibility and the beach, but it is located in an area with bars, so it is not a very relaxing resort. I didn't really expect that, and you could hear the nightlife in the evening. However, the staff was very helpful and chose a quieter room for me, and I used earplugs for the rest. Even this didn't discourage me from having a wonderful holiday here.

Water pressure in shower was a bit inconsistent

Camera ampia e spaziosa. Nuova e luminosa con angolo cucina e bagno con doccia e vasca da bagno. Posizione ottima per uscire a piedi, proprio sulla strada principale Colazione a buffet con varie scelte dolci e salate

Piscina in un cortile interno non proprio tenuta alla perfezione e carenza di pulizia. La struttura è nuova ma sembra un casermone La camera veniva rifatta giornalmente con cambio asciugamani ma non veniva pulita accuratamente
