As long as you know it's a homestay so don't expect hotel facilities but the guys are genuinely trying to provide a great service that exceeds the price charged I think.

Прекрасный гостевой дом. Отличное расположение. Вкусные и разнообразные завтраки. Очень чисто. С любовью обставленные номера. Отличное соотношение комфорта, цены и качества. Но главное- это гостеприимные и заботливые хозяева, которые готовы принять в любое время суток.

Comfortable beds, effective air-conditioning, good location near tourist sights

I do not like to write bad review, but I feel it will help other travelers and maybe also help the hotel to improve its services. The staff was not very helpful. It all started with promised pickup from the train station which at the end of the day did not happen. When we arrived, there was no one at the reception, despite the fact we informed the hotel about our late time of arrival. The worst experience was when we tried to get the registration, which is obligatory in Uzbekistan. The hotel provided us a registration just for one night even though we stayed for three nights. It was a very complicated and 2 hours long process to gain the correct registration for the whole stay. Unfortunatelly, I cannot recommend this hotel, especially to the foreign travelers.
