The location of the property is excellent. It’s on the corner of San Marco, right in the heart of Venice. It’s very comfortable, and the furnishings are both tastefully chosen and sufficient to meet all your needs. It’s a clean apartment. We visit Venice every year, and I’d say this is one of the two best apartments we’ve ever stayed in. Plus, the hosts are very understanding, and it’s easy to communicate with them. They let us leave our luggage there for a few more hours. They helped us with every issue. We definitely recommend it.
Climbing the stairs is very difficult; having to carry suitcases up to the fourth floor because there is no elevator is exhausting

Amazing location so central , check-in instructions were so detailed and the apartment therefore was easy to find. It is up 4 flights of stairs which we were expecting but take this into consideration if you’re mobile impaired or elderly. Bed is super comfortable and the room is dark and silent making for a great night sleep, spacious and loads of thoughtful storage for clothes
Bathroom light turned on and off intermittently, I have let the owner know. Hallway up 4 flights of stairs also dark most of the time. Also the mini bar wasn’t stocked - would have been nice to have some bottled water atleast

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja . Wygodne łóżko , dobrze wyposażony , dobry kontakt z gospodarzami obiektu.
Nieprzyjemny zapach wybijający z rur w łazience i kuchni . Otwarte okno rozwiązywało problem i kupiony zapach .
