Clean, cozy, and super convenient!
Really loved staying at Kate’s apartment! Spotless, nice linens, washing machine + blower, full kitchen utensils, and fast wifi. No-contact check-in made it so easy. The area is near to the grocery stores which is so convenient! Would 100% stay again!

Comfortable clean large space and excellent instructions for self check in. Very close to everything great position. Would definitely recommend.
The bed but then it was a lot better then most we've found in Georgia. I'm beginning to think it's the Georgian matresses.😁

Fantastic apartment with an excellent host who was very pleasant and always responsive. The place was modern, comfortable, and located on the fourth floor with a lift, which made it very convenient.
The neighbourhood has a local feel, and there is plenty of easy street parking, which was very important for me as I was travelling by car. The balcony was also a nice bonus.
Overall, a 10/10 stay—I would happily stay here again when visiting Kutaisi.
A small coffee table on the balcony would have been a nice addition.
