Lage

Alles gut.

The apartment is located on a 1st floor, wide stairs, so easy to carry the luggage up. The area is easy accessible via bus from Santa Maria Novella, bus stop just outside the main entrance. Less than 5 mins walk to Uffizi. Once you use the code to enter the property you will use the keys. Easy access. The apartment faces the inner yard of the building, so it's very quite, considering there is a lot of traffic just outside. Also, a Conad supermarket is just next door. Beautiful use of the space. Super high ceilings, therefore the mezzanine floor where the bedroom area was felt really spacious. Huge wardrobe in the recess, very clever; same with the bathroom, narrow but quite well lit and ventilated, The shower had really good pressure. The bed was huge and also comfortable. The living room area was spacious and comfortable, beautiful flooring. Space for dining room as well. We didn't use the TV but it was there available with a remote. The kitchen area, also clever, the sink and shelving tucked away behind double doors. We had all we needed for cooking but really prepared only some coffee and some nibbles. But fully equipped if you want to cook. The washing machine was tucked away in a little cupboard, also very clever. There is a terrace, which we used in the evenings, very quite during that time, facing the inner yard of the building. All in all, a really good experience, good value for money. Just one warning, which is nothing to do with the owner: when we received the information to access the property (access codes, etc) the link didn't work in our phones, but it did work in my laptop. It had to be something about our phones, but be aware, the link works eventually. We took screenshots, etc and the access worked when we arrived at the property.

There was nothing that we didn't dislike. Just remember to ensure the link for access works on your phone.

The loft was very well appointed
