The View Hotel, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

This hotel is such a fantastic value, especially if you’re staying for more than a couple of days. We absolutely love the suite layout because it feels like a friendly, apartment-style setup to retreat to, complete with a separate bedroom, a nice sitting room, and a handy little kitchenette. The entire property is clean, very quiet, and the staff here is beyond excellent! While there aren't many on-site amenities and there isn't a whole lot to do in the immediate area, it's Orlando—so you aren't extremely far from the parks, even if you aren't right next door. It makes for a wonderful, budget-friendly home base.

The neighborhood is not scary but kind of industrial vs. the touristy Orlando.

Room was big, we got an upgrade due to hotel mistake, toilet was was refurbished, kitchen in the room. Free parking

The cleanliness was far from perfect, it wasn't dirty but I was overlooked, freshly painted bathroom had paint stains all over the floor and beyond, we couldn't operate the TV as it was asking to log in, shower was so low you couldn't properly stand up, breakfast was too order, we didn't like that, portions were too small, and tipping was expected. Overall, I'm afraid but I wouldn't return to this hotel in the future.

Breakfast being made to order was a nice touch and the hotel inside seemed to have had a recent update.

The bathroom in our room could have been cleaner, we were unable to use the bathroom sink because water never drained after we washed our hands once so we used a sink that was in the bedroom by the coffee machine. The bathroom also did not have a working humidity extractor so when we showered EVERYTHING ended up wet because of condensation which made the floor dangerously slippery and once we opened the bathroom door the entire room got humid as well.
