It was very clean and updated, the location is amazing not far from the theme parks or airport, and staff was great.

The hotel is located by the mall so that was really convenient. It is also close to the airport (MCO). The pool is huge. Friendly staff. Laundry on-site
We have been traveling all night, so it would've been nice to be able to check in an hour or two early. They did let us use the pool while we waited, so that was nice. Other than that, the hotel is great! Would stay again.

The hotel was nice looking. Looked luxurious and also close and connected to the mall and Starbucks.

Nothing terrible about the hotel. It's an average hotel in an average location with an average experience.
Location. The mall isn't anything special whatsoever. Reception staff nice but door staff were rude/pushy.

The room was clean
I felt like the buffet was way too expensive for what it offered. I would never buy it again. I thought the hotel was too big to treat each guest as as priority. The vending machines didn’t work.

The bath/shower was pretty tired and old

Tv remote didnt work when gotnto room. Called front desk. Within a few minutes a new one was brought up and tested. Great service.

I actually liked every thing about our stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The location was awesome because I love to shop and it was walking distance from our church. Plus the room fit our needs.

The hotel is in a nice area-attached to the Florida Mall. How convenient! It's clean and elevators are fast. The free parking is a very short walk from hotel. Free bottles of water daily and room comes with a frig and microwave which is a plus when traveling with kids.
