Dream View Suites Taormina

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Dream View Suites Taormina. The location was perfect - extremely walkable to everything we wanted to see in Taormina. Our hosts were absolutely fantastic and accommodating. The room itself was perfect - extremely spacious, well laid out, beautiful and spotless. We woke up and enjoyed our coffee every morning on the patio and soaked up the most fabulous view. Having AC was a life saver and so was access to a washing machine. We would 1000% recommend staying here!

Nothing

It was spacious and very convenient to the sites. View is beautiful and it was fun having a Jacuzzi.

Like many apartment situations you have to be mindful of privacy. There is a restaurant above and the gondola going by, so people can look over onto your patio in the Jacuzzi as well as into the apartment riding the gondola.

The location was central and close to everything and a good view The host Andrea was very friendly and helpful.

The entrance to the apartment is very poor, not a very good first impression. The run down closed restaurant should perhaps be boarded up, lots of debris and old stuff lying around. Rubbish stored on one level and the stairs and surrounding areas were very dirty some parts you could see hadn't been swept and dusted in a very long time. No privacy from the neighbors and the cable car. The shower was very complicated and not easy to use. The front door is wafer thin and doesn't feel very secure. The focus should be placed on more important things such as cleanliness and maintenance around the apartment. The hot tub and patio area has potential but needs some love and attention. The bed was very uncomfortable. A lot of stairs to climb up and down a few times a day if you are not very mobile this place is not for you. I would not recommend and to be very honest it ruined our stay in Taormina.
