Great location, great rooms, fabulous staff

Emplacement top petit déjeuner très bon belle vue sur le port et Marseille au loin. Personnel très sympathique

La chambre est assez petite et nous avons trouvé son aménagement/décoration dans une moyenne basse comparé à d'autres établissements de même classe. Matériaux pas toujours très qualitatifs.

Traumhaftes Hotel! Es war eigentlich alles super. Besonders positiv war die unkomplizierte und engagierte Hilfe bei unserem gesundheitlichen Notfall. Der Mitarbeiter im Nachtdienst hat alles gegeben, um uns zu helfen. Nochmals vielen Dank. Das Hotel ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Beste Lage, hohes Niveau, alles sehr stilvoll.

The location and views are just fantastic. There is limited free parking right outisde the hotel.

€18 for an Aperol Spritz and €9 for a bottle of beer is 5 star hotel prices and this is not a 5 star hotel. The wrong name on the TV in the room leading me to believe that we were put in a different room to the one that we booked but reception assured me that this was not the case. The balcony doors did not lock as the locking mechanism was lying in the runner on the floor. As we were on the first floor which is just above the harbour and hotel parking where the balcony is accessible it's critical that the balcony door locks. This could not be fixed on the day and we had to wait until the following day to get the door fixed. The wooden panel in the shower fell off and hit me as I was exiting the shower. When I reported the issue to reception, whilst they were shocked and offered us another room they did not even ask me if I was okay. As it was 7pm at night and we were heading out to dinner on our second last night it was not worth our while moving rooms either. The panel was repaired the following day but the workman left a scissors and a very sharp open stanley knife sitting on the bathroom sink which could have caused a serious injury. I ended up bringing the scissors and stanley knife back to reception myself where the receptionisy laughed off the incident. I feel that the lack of concern and response to these issues was not acceptable.
