I would say almost everything , the location , the apartment itself magnificent , the host had well thought of guests needs , water bottles , lots of stuffs like coffee , chocolates , and corn flakes , the cozy small balcony

Struttura accogliente e molto vicina alla fermata di battistini, super comoda per visitare tutta Roma in poche fermate di metro, spazio esterno piacevole, mobilio semplice e ben curato, aria condizionata e situata a piano terra con giardino. Carla ci ha accolto in modo molto cordiale, ottima host.

The apartment is in a very secure traditional apartment block. The apartment was exceptionally clean and well presented. It had all the amenities we needed during our stay with the exception of a washing machine. Carla the host was very approachable and easy to contact. The apartment is only a short walk to the very last stop on the "A" metro line. From this line you can get almost anywhere in Rome and can buy 24-hour tickets from the machine which covers metro and bus for eight euro. If I was going to rome again in the near future I would definitely consider this apartment.

The host was incredibly kind, communicative, and accommodated all of our requests. Our flight arrived early in the morning, and they kindly allowed us to check in well before the official check-in time. They also let us check out late on our departure day. Their flexibility was truly exceptional. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and the bathroom was stocked with complimentary toiletries. There was also a bidet. Upon our request, they provided separate towels for the beach, which we greatly appreciated, as it meant we didn't have to pack them in our luggage. The accommodation is located about 300 meters from Battistini, the terminus of Metro Line A. Although it is a little farther from the city center, this also means that the nearby cafés, restaurants, and gelato shops are much more reasonably priced. There are several local convenience stores nearby, as well as a Conad supermarket. The city's main attractions are easy and quick to reach by metro. In addition, Piazza Venezia, Forum Romanum and Colosseum can be reached directly by bus from a stop located about 100 meters from the apartment, with no need to change buses. The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a secure residential building with a private gated parking area. It also has access to a lovely garden with outdoor seating. Even during the hottest days, the apartment stayed pleasantly cool, so we didn't even need to use the air conditioning, although every room is equipped with it for guests who prefer it. It was a thoughtful touch that the fully equipped kitchen also contained some basic groceries, including olive oil, salt, sugar, coffee, tomato paste, canned corn, pasta, breakfast cereal, and individually wrapped biscuits to enjoy with coffee. The hosts truly go above and beyond to make sure their guests have everything they need. We highly recommend this accommodation.

This is more of a characteristic of the location than a negative point, it is not a typical tourist area. Despite of this, the city center was only about 4–5 km away and was quick and easy to reach. Overall, we actually enjoyed returning to a quieter, less crowded neighborhood each evening, where we could relax after a busy day of sightseeing. This was particularly important to us, as we had read many negative reviews of other accommodations mentioning noise and paper-thin walls. Here you can relax and enjoy a peaceful night's sleep throughout your stay.
