A proposito di questa appartamento struttura in affitto
Spacious bright and cozy penthouse with terrace close to metro station
It is located on the fourth floor with no lift, but you’ll be rewarded by beautiful sunlight and silence once you access the apartment.
What makes it special is the balance between practicality and charm: three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living area make it perfect for families, groups of friends or longer stays. The apartment has been recently renovated and carefully furnished to feel both functional and welcoming.
One of the highlights are the two private terraces, where guests can enjoy breakfast in the morning light or unwind in the evening after a day exploring Rome.
Fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washing machine and dishwasher ensure a comfortable stay, whether you are visiting for leisure or working remotely.
The apartment is well connected to the city center by public transport (metro and buses), allowing you to easily reach Rome’s main attractions while staying in a quieter, more authentic residential area.
My flat is located in the Battistini area, a residential neighborhood that offers a more authentic and relaxed side of Rome, away from the crowds but very well connected to the city center.
A key advantage is the proximity to Battistini Metro Station (Line A), which takes you quickly to some of Rome’s most iconic landmarks, including Vatican Museums, St. Peter’s Basilica, Spanish Steps and Termini central station.
The neighborhood is lively and practical, with everything you might need within walking distance: supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, local shops and cinema, making it ideal for both short and longer stays.
Food lovers will enjoy discovering several excellent local spots. Gianni's pizza al mattone is a well-loved favourite, as well as Joseph for classic Italian cuisine and Anvedi Battistini for a traditional Roman experience.
If you enjoy seafood, the nearby Oysteria Roma is a hidden gem for fresh fish and oysters, perfect for a special evening.
For outdoor lovers, soccer & padel clubs are just a few steps away, or beautiful Villa Pamphili — one of Rome’s largest parks — is just a short drive away and ideal for jogging, relaxing or enjoying nature.
The area is also convenient for guests travelling by car, offering easier parking and less traffic compared to central districts.
Staying here means enjoying a quieter, more local Roman lifestyle, while remaining just minutes away from the heart of the city.
💛 LOCAL TIPS BY CRIS
To help you experience the neighbourhood like a local, here are some of my favourite spots:
- Best coffee & breakfast
Start your day with a perfect Italian cappuccino and fresh pastries at Pasticceria Siciliana Svizzera - a local institution known for its cannoli and warm atmosphere.
- Bakeries & sweet treats
For artisan pastries & breakfast, try Gelateria Primavera, loved by locals, or family run pasticceria Lai since 1972
- Authentic Roman food
For a true local dining experience, Da Ennio is simple, genuine and delicious
