The property was clean and in a great location to explore Florence. The bed was very comfortable and big, and there was a working elevator which was great with our luggage.
You could hear the cleaner come every morning and you could hear other people talking etc. If you are a light sleeper this will wake you. We also noticed that the hottest setting in the shower was really just luke warm.

Wonderful location but loved most the style of the room.Beautiful renovated, decorated, spacious, bright.
The stairwell is dark but we used the elevator most of the time anyway.

Staff were so helpful in helping us find the place, someone came to the building to help us get in and settled - the location in Florence was perfect! Room was clean, tidy and very modern.
Beds and pillows were a little stiff, but the biggest complaint was the noise. Unfortunately the doors are basically paper thin, so you can hear everything happening in the small lobby, every door slamming shut, and you can even hear the front door to the building (which is 3/4 floors down) open and shut. It was a beautiful old building, but if you're a light sleeper, I wouldn't recommend.
