The key was found in the lock box as described. Inside of the apartment met my expectation
The road leading to the apartment needs extra care to avoiding tripping off ; the corridor to the flat apartment was not appealing

Very neat and comfortable
The windows were not air-tight, so it reduced the efficiency of the heating unit.
7 / 10Buono·ott 2024
Clean, modern, well presented.
Exterior lighting is desperately required. Uneven path for rear access which dangerous in the dark.
Communal corridor needs regular cleaning.
Vegetation adjacent to front entrance needs cutting back.
