The staff were excellent and reception area and rooftop nice. The room was large and had a small balcony. The room itself was clean but quite basic for a 5 star rated hotel.
It sadly was not 5 star. There were some dirty marks on the bathroom walls and door which should have been noticed during housekeeping. Mould in the sink and around shower base. The hand soap dispenser wasn’t clean, neither it nor the shower gel had been filled. It was a nice enough stay for one night just needed a bit more attention to cleaning. There was no iron in the room.

The warm welcome at the reception.
The hotel is poorly renovated and looks good in pictures, but not as much in reality. It will age quickly. The breakfast isn’t at the expected standards.
