The location was great, proximity to bus routes, and the are was very quiet and felt safe.
There were not enough seats for five adults to relax in the lounge, and one of the chairs was broken. The water pipes were very noisy, no curtains and the blinds were poor quality. TV didn’t work, we had to buy a fire stick.

there are 2 places in the same area with same house number and street name, it is good to add smethwick on the address. place was convenient to what we were doing, kitchen and dinning good, outside bins are not being emptied and cleaners to dust up more in bedrooms.
