We had a comfortable one-night stay at this spacious 4-bedroom house while visiting relatives. The location is excellent for accessing Birmingham City Centre and nearby areas of interest. The gated private parking was a bonus for security, but can be a little tight and tricky to park if you drive a larger car. The host was polite and answered all of our queries promptly, which made our stay very smooth. The property is a great base, though the whole house would benefit from some general updating and modernisation. Refreshing the property with a neutral colour scheme throughout would give the entire interior that "wow factor" for future guests. Overall, it is a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Generally some parts of the house, carpets, furniture, appliances etc needs updating & modernising. This not bad cristism or fault and would not stop me staying here again..

It was perfect! Very cosy and housed us perfectly whilst we boxed over the weekend. Highly recommend. Excellent contact through out and no problems or complaints whatsoever.
