This apartment was super cozy and perfectly located. There is a grocery store, and tons of restaurants all within a 5 minute walk. Then a 15 minute drive from all the attractions such as sea world, the midway museum and downtown San diego. It was a lovely neighborhood, and quiet building. The airplanes overhead did not bother us at all, we live near railroad tracks and an airforce base so a few planes every day was nothing 😊 the apartment was clean and super comfortable with everything we needed. We made breakfast at the apartment each day before going out to explore and the kitchen worked out nicely to save some money.
The shower had no shelves, so we had to keep our soap and shampoo on the floor. It looked like it was recently broken hopefully it will be fixed soon.
Also our stay was for a whole week, so it would have been nice to have maybe just one more hand towel for the bathroom and dish towel for the kitchen. There was only one for each so we had to wash them mid week and then again had to throw them in when we left.

The property appears to be a recent construction, with excellent A/C, kitchen, fresh and clean furniture, comfortable bed. There is a full size washer / dryer combo in the apartment. Location is very close to Mission Bay, with plenty of shopping and restaurants around. Owners are very accessible and reasonable. Parking is in the underground garage, quite spacious by SOCAL standards.
The apartment complex is located right next to a busy street so the patio has no privacy. You are also located very close to the airport / airbase so you get airplane noise when outside during the day. Inside noise is not a problem.
