Location , room and breakfast all excellent. We loved the building and staff. Spectacular location and v v clean
Everything was wonderful
10 / 10Eccezionale·set 2026
The property was centrally located. Ten minutes from the ferry and 20 to the airport. Super close to amazing restaurants and the beautiful Church of the New Jesus.
Upon arrival, never having been to Naples, we were a little confused with how the large door from the outside of the palazzo opened. The suite is in a residential area so it was different than expected, but looked just like the photos.

Location was fabulous central to everything. The room was clean and the delightful woman who served breakfast was so helpful
They say they have 24 hour concierge but that is not true. When we saw manager he could barely say hello. Never anyone at the desk to help.

Location, breahfast, staff.
There was a smell of smoking in our room.
