The location was excellent. We had a lovely view of the church and piazza. The apartmemt was big and incredibly spacious and had a washing machine.

Florence is beautiful and the apartment is perfectly situated to take advantage of all the city has to offer. This apartment has a very large kitchen with terrace access. Our family of four had a very comfortable stay, we appreciated the fabulous view and lovely coffee shop on the ground floor. We thought it was a superb apartment and would love to return!

After a terrible start, we couldn’t get in and there was no one to meet, the holiday got better. The position was great, couldn’t ask for better. Everything is so easy to get to. The linen and towels were clean and the kitchen was fully equipped
The Management Company was awful. There was no one to meet us, we were told it was our fault as we gave them the wrong number, untrue as all calls are redirected; also checked when we got home-they had never called. They also emailed us in the afternoon the day we arrived to introduce themselves! They were emailed by us and Booking.com four day before with what time we would arrive. There was a patina of dirt everywhere, as if it had been cleaned weeks before. The apartment does not look like the picture, the settees are covered with unmatched throws, always suspect when you see that and the rest of the property is faintly weird. The wardrobes need extending poles to hang things up, the rail is ant least 10 feet up in the air, mixed furniture that doesn’t match and one of the double beds had two mattresses, but they didn’t fit properly. There was about 10 inches of mattress hanging over the side. Towels touching the bathroom floor became filthy. Complained to the managing company, but they said because we hadn’t complained initially upon arrival, our complaints was invalid. We told the man who eventually turned up - 2.5 hours late that we were unhappy and emailed them they day we got back, but to no avail and had to Will not be returning here and will not be recommending this property
