I wanted to check in early and was worried about the parking, a nice surprise when I was met by the Host and Husband / Partner who reserved me a parking space and showed me around the apartment. The place looks a bit shabby from the outside but the Wow factor hit you once you were through the door . The apartment looks as if its had a major refit and everything looked brand new in fact Im sure it was all new . Everything that you require is provided even down to a small dishwasher . while I was dropping off my bags the Cleaning Lady arrived so I suggested that I went about my business while she did her job but she insisted that i wasn't in the way . she went about her business and then after we sat down and had a little chat about Gosport etc , What a lovely Lady , she made me feel like a friend rather than a visitor and gave me some great tips on the area . Decided to take a shower !!!!! well its something from outer space and sprays water out at every angle !!! problem was getting the right temperature !!!! not for long , a nice folder was on the table and it held every instruction manual for all the appliances in the apartment , job done super shower , Enjoyed my stay very much and will defiantly book again when in Gosport

The only criticism would be not much space at the end of the bed to be able to gain access to the Bathroom but there's really not much you could do about it other than a smaller bed but then again Im a large person so I can live with it . The Mattress wasn't very comfortable for me , just a personal issue as I prefer a firm Mattress rather than a soft to medium , however after a long day and a few beers it didn't really bother me that much (Think the beer helped ) Last of all there is a small craft bar with music next door but don't worry the music is switch off at 11pm so you wont be disturbed

The property has been maintained to a high specification. Bit strange not having windows, however, was very comfortable and cosy. The mattress was a bit too soft for me, however, comfortable and the pillows were to hard for me, however, i had my own pillows. Everything was perfect. Thankyou

Softer pillows and firmer mattress. Everything else was perfect and the location was convenient for travel etc. Although parking is difficult as there are only a few parking bays outside the property and these were taken. There are only short stay parking in the area and I had to set my alarm to move the car.

A great location for the Gosport-Portsmouth ferry terminal (5 mins walk) and close to Gosport centre. Well equipped and comfortable studio flat.

All pretty good but a fan for the lounge/kitchen area would be a nice addition. That said the fan in the bedroom is superb and cools the bedroom quickly. Kitchen needs an oven mitt.

Easy access. Good communication. Very clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen.

No window so was very hot inside and only airflow was door straight onto street with people walking past. No car parking was a huge problem. It is in high demand and difficult to get a space with nearby carparks costing a lot or needing a residential permit. Would not be an issue if permit was included.
