Beautiful premises, so well presented and clean. Absolutely loved it and will visit again.

Good location near Maroochy river. Very clean and comfortable. Undercover parking.

Check in instruction did not give clear directions about needing a fob (which we found in the unit and not in the box with the front door key) for garage access and did not mention that the code needed for the side door to the unit was the same as the front door code.

I love being able to look out at the river. It is also very handy to just be able to just cross the road with the grandkids for them to play on the sand. The private entrance and the use of an outside clothesline is an added bonus. The mattresses and pillows were comfortable. Living area is a great size and the we had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen. The washing machine and dryer both work really well.

I have stayed at the property before, so I knew where the lock box was. The explanation on how to get the numbers to appear could be better though .....you have to swipe your hand over the screen for the numbers to appear. Only one rubbish bag was supplied for our 8 day stay. There wasn't enough coat hangers. I only had 6 in my room. There wasn't enough pegs and half of them were very old wooden ones. I left some of mine behind for future guests to use. It would have been nice if there was some laundry detergent provided. The quilts are too warm even in the middle of winter. It would have been nice to have the option of a light weight blanket in the cupboard.

Minor issues were dealt with quickly. Location is wonderful. Comfortable beds, great kitchen and bathrooms, beautifully decorated. Would stay again.
