Loved everything about the cabin, big rooms, secluded mostly

The road to the cabin isn’t very well marked, and is a single car in and single car out and very curvy.

The cabin was a true cabin not a house. The fire ring was fun to sit around and sing and laugh. We all had plenty of room.

The driveway was very steep and needs repair.

The property is located in a great place that really makes it easy to get to any of the touristy spots. The drives into town, (be it Seiverville, Pigeon Forge, or Gatlinburg) were short, and a little scenic, and not too busy. The close proximity to all the to-do's, the remoteness of the cabin itself, and the cabins layout and setup met all our needs and then some. Plenty of room for everybody to be comfortable, easy for us all to relax and enjoy ourselves.

Just some basic things. Being that the cabin is almost entirely wood on the inside, sound becomes an issue a little but nothing to be upset about, I seen the property before I booked it. The pool table downstairs could use a little more room around it (I just love paying pool and it was a little tight around the table), and the upstairs gaming system never did work for us. Now , of course, we weren't there for billiards and video games but late nights and a few weather related events it would have been a bit nicer to have had those amenities.

The layout was perfect for our family. The cabin itself was nice and we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. It was a nice touch to have specific towels by the back door for the hot tub.

THAT DRIVEWAY!!! We were terrified having to come and go from the property and ended up having to call a tow truck the morning we left to pull one of the cars out that got stuck in the mud. The roads to the cabin were winding and steep and it was further from Pigeon Forge than we wanted. We had an unexpected visit from fireplace guys on Saturday morning and they made the whole place smell like gas. When we brought it to the management company’s attention, they told us to leave and call the fire department but never got back in touch with us or sent someone to check it out. They were not responsive in a timely manner when we had issues and honestly the whole thing was a cluster.
