The house was spotless. The beds were so comfortable. All the bathrooms were a bonus. Also a ground floor bedroom for 90yr old Mother. The children had a great time playing in the garden, as it was very safe. The views are amazing. Could not fault it. We would definitely recommend & come back again. The bonus, Chocoltier round the corner....Kenmare close as is Glengariff. Recommend Dereen house & gardens. Kenmare boat trip. Lovely walk at the end of Kenmare pier.

La vue exceptionnelle sur la nature. Paysage magnifique. Aucun vis-à-vis. Seuls les moutons pour voisins. La superficie de la maison, avec ses 3 espaces « salon ». Les 4 chambres (dont 2 avec salle d’eau et WC). Les 4 WC au total. Idéal pour une famille nombreuses ou des amis voyageant à plusieurs. La cuisine équipée (micro-onde, vaisselle, frigo-congélateur) et l’arrière-cuisine. La table et son parasol à l’extérieur. Globalement, on voit que c’est une maison qui a jadis été habitée. Il y a tout le confort et les équipements pour y vivre. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

La plaque de cuisson vitro-céramique n’est pas très performante. Il manque de poêles (sur 3, seule la toute petite était convenable ; sur les 2 grandes l’une accroche et l’autre est inutilisable car trop ancienne). C’est vraiment le seul point d’amélioration. Il faut citer également l’absence de volets ou rideaux occultants la lumière a 100%, mais c’est le cas presque partout en Irlande.

We were looking for the perfect family escape from the hustle and bustle of Dublin. And thats exactly what we got. Peace and quiet, beautiful views, beautiful home with all the mods and cons you would need. Everything was laid out for us in regards to instructions for the property the hosts even left us chocolate and cake!

Needs some hooks in the bathrooms
