I always bring my own knives, paper towels and extra toilet paper and napkins and spices/oils. I use a lot of foil and saran wrap as I cook all our meals one day and then go out for dinner the next night. If you plan on going to the beach be sure and take your own chairs. Also take your own beach towels. The owner has almost all the cookware you need but did not have a cork screw for wine bottle opening. (I love wine). Their washer and dryer are excellent and they have laundry soap for your use. They have a coffee maker (not pods). The frig. makes great ice cubes. They also have a gas grill out on their patio and we loved it for our shrimp kabobs and hamburgers. They supply dish soap but we wash all our own dishes so we always bring more. They don't have kleenex so bring some if you use it. Hope this helps.

This house is very clean, beautiful and close to the beach. The yard area is a bit too small if you have a bigger dog but would be plenty for smaller breeds. I have a German Rottweiler and it was sufficient for potty needs but not really big enough for him to play. The bedrooms are front facing to the street which allowed some noise issues at night though I wasn't bothered by it some might if you want to sleep earlier in the night. Backing out of the driveway was sometimes tedious as the street was busy with traffic (this close to the beach you should expect this). Overall I would definitely recommend as the stay was quite lovely and property manager was very sweet.

Very well maintained property. Nice small fenced yard for dog. Home was very spacious and very nicely decorated. Comfortable bed. Nice amenities. Would definitely recommend!!

Our stay was comfortable. Good location but on a busy street which was noisy. Backyard needed to be poop scooped when we arrived. Other than that it was a good stay.
