Quiet location and private. Good walking distance to the bus and train station. Nice to have private space. Good little kitchenette and well equipped. Lots of hot water.

As others have commented it would be great to have some different lighting for the evening as the spot lights are very bright and it's all or nothing. We struggled to make the shower head stay in the right position.

Collaidh Inn is a beautiful and cozy place in Fort William and close to a lot of highlights in Scotland. The place itself looks really nice and clean and has all the facilities one would need. The surrounding area is quiet and peaceful. The hostess was superb, I sustained an injury in the Isle of Skye and had to stay in hospital there. My checkout was supposed to be the next day and I had to catch a plane back home. I asked the hostess if she can collect my stuff and thanks to her help I went home in time. I will book Collaidh Inn again if I will visit Scotland in the future.

Self check-in enables the guests / hikers to do it easily every time of the day. The property was clean but quite small. WiFi works well.

There is no USB-charger.
