Cleanliness and thoughtfulness of amenities in the unit were excellent. Definitely delivered on what was advertised and was a perfect for our three night stay. It really is a little oasis right off of the main street in Fort William. I would highly recommend this unit to travelers and would happily re-book in the future. So glad to have had a home away from home!
With such an excellent stay, I recommend only very small improvements like an additional trash can in the bathroom. Having paper towels in the kitchen would also be helpful, and perhaps more than one laundry detergent pod (maybe 3 total) would be welcome so as not to overload the washer. Lastly, the water pressure in the shower could be a bit stronger but am sure this is an ecological/economic choice!

Lovely property newly renovated, comfortable, spacious, close to everything
The entrance/access laneway is pretty awful. Not the owners fault I suspect, but it does make finding the place difficult.

Spacious with quality fixtures and fittings. Everything you need.
Great location.
No milk in the fridge on arrival, had to go out and buy to have a coffee or tea on arrival.
Back door entry not so easy to find from the car park.

Clean, spacious and good location if you know where the apartment entrance is.
No coffee machine/stove top, really strong smell of perfume, no carpet at the entrance (so need to clean after), difficult to find the entrance, missing facecloth, really expensive for only 2 people and missing elements to save on coffee and food.
