Breakfast was ok, bit cold, no condiments, no toast or butter, only 1 juice. Tidy this up and it would be fantastic
Breakfast, bit cold, coffee cold, no salt, pepper, no toast, just bread, no butter, no orange juice or menu to choose from. Once this is mastered, this stay will be fantastic

I booked the stay for my wife to relax and unwind but when she arrived, there was no staff on site and the room key she was provided was for a room inferior to the one booked.
When she managed to contact the staff about this, the room I had booked was not clean and there weren't any others of that level available.
There has been no communication to rectifying the situation and I find the audacity to assume that it would just be over looked, quite telling.
