Well situated close to the city centre and with cafės nearby. Tidily set up.

The double bed was set up against s wall, making it hard for one of us to get into/out without climbing over the other.

Reception staff did not arrange a taxi for us early the next morning as requested, and no one was available at reception. We had to make alternative arrangements early morning and we were limited with time.

It was bright, roomy and quiet. The apartment was modern with a balcony. Plenty of cafes & supermarkets within walking distance.

Limited parking onsite as well as timed parking on the street.

It was conveniently located close to the CBD. The suite was generous in size and had everything you might need. I appreciated that i could do my laundry quickly & efficiently, as both the laundry & kitchen/lounge facilities were located along the corridor from my room. Upon arrival, i easily found street parking which was available overnight, then around 8am, i moved my car off the street, with co-operation of the accommodation provider.

Booked here because we knew it was a great location.

Very small, cramped apartment. Photos do not represent reality! Also very noisy at night. Property has very heavy fire doors and every time someone enters or exits through their own apartment door or the stairwell door( all through the night), the noise reverberates.

Impecable! Me hospede en un Estudio Compacto que era pequeño pero tenia TODO lo que se necesita. La kitchenette muy equipada, el colchón muy cómodo y la ducha con mucha presión de agua

No me gustó que el estacionamiento sea pago cuando el precio de las habitaciones no es bajo

Excellent room. Fabulous location. Friendly desk receptions. Value for money. Great ventilation with an air conditioner. Exceeded my expectation and couldn't ask for more, will definitely stay here if I come to Christchurch again.

The picture for compact double studio included a desk, but it was not in my room. I love the room very much, the only shortfall was I have to study on my bed. And, there was dirt on the containers for shampoo and dish washing liquid, making it uncomfortable to use it.

I particularly like the location. And even though the carpark was full, there was off-street parking available.

Bed a wee bit hard, but not too bad, I've had worse.
