Super modern. Costa and Asda cross the street. Very quiet. 5m from downtown York.
Couldn't find "back of the building" as said in the message to meet the staff to deliver de keys.

Clean property, good location for the city and car parking a bonus.
Disappointed that a TV was not in the en- suite bedroom as advertised. Also the communal carpets were badly stained

Location was ideal
Beds were a little uncomfortable but ok.

Apartment is close to the centre. There is a supermarket a 2 minute walk away. Nice and quiet area. Good value for money.
Apartment sleeps 4 but there is only a L shaped couch which takes 3 people. Could do with either a bigger couch or an extra arm chair. Also the dinning table is small only really seats 3 comfortably. This is constructive criticism not a complaint.
