Location is perfect. Staff member (Christina) who met us when we arrived was very thorough and helpful.

We loved it. Not much lighting in kitchen/dining area but it didn’t bother us

This property met all of our expectations as was as described. We stayed here two nights with our young adult sons. It was close quarters for the 4 of us, but I think most of the properties in Venice are this way. The bathroom was great and the shower was amazing!!! Location was great. Would definitely recommend this property for 1-4 people max, more than that it is too small.

Communication with our host was a little confusing. I was communicating with "Leonardo" via text for the majority of the time and was met at the door by a woman (do not know her name) but she was very nice. Leonardo did ask me several of the same questions repeatedly but I am guessing this is due to the language barrier so not a big deal to me at all. The smell of low tide was a little hard to get use to. It did not seem to permeate the room when we were inside. The view from the window is a brick wall on the building across the alley, but again, pretty common for a 1st floor room in Venice.

Nice host met us upon arrival having arranged everything via WhatsApp before travelling. The location was excellent - turn left & within a few minutes you’re at Rialto Bridge / Grand Canal. Two good televisions. Amazing shower and bathroom. We cooked one evening and everything was good in the kitchen.

We could never get the temperature correct.
