the location was superb and the staff were great directing us to where we needed to go. the size of the apartment and the cleanliness was refreshing! the vicinity to restaurants and the supermarket were very convenient.

I would have loved a few more cooking ammenities. eg cooking oil. instructions on how to use the oven.

Great location, large apartment, very efficient air con (stayed in middle of heat wave), comfortable.

In twin room one of beds is a full width camp bed. Lot of noise of renovation from apartment above when we stayed. Electricity tripped several times during our stay, but didn’t detract from stay.

Lovely spacious modern apartment with air conditioning. Would definitely recommend. The apartment is in a very good location and it is very easy to walk to Rialto bridge and from there to St. Mark’s Square. Vaporetto (water taxi) stops nearby if you prefer not to walk.

Very hard to find the Apartment when we arrived. Much more detailed instructions are needed giving a step by step explanation mentioning Street signs and landmarks/shops/restaurants you will pass by as you make your way to the Apartment from vaporetto stop: A) Rialto Mercato Or B) San Silvestro Due to flight delays we arrived into Venice around midnight and we could not find the Apartment even though we knew it was close by as Google maps do NOT work in this area and brought us completely off track. Eventually due to the amazing kindness of two Italian ladies who rang the host to get directions for us and who walked with us we found the Apartment. The ladies also could not find it via Google maps!!

Great apartment. Very big, so much of light. Super for the company of people.

It was a bit cold (in May), but they were friendly and turned on the heating. It's not enough toilet paper for 6 persons/3 nights stay 😊 Wifi does not reach farest room.

Some facilities are broken such as hair dryer is super noisy. Urine smells in the morning.

Great location, 5 minutes from the Rialto Bridge. Easy to get anywhere, lovely airy appartment, with lots of space. Made a great base to explore. Well equipped for 6 of us

Slight issue with the electricity but was soon resolved.

What breakfast? One thing missing was a microphone oven.

Spacious apartment. beds were extremely comfy. cosy, warm - good heating.

There was no full length mirrors and the only mirrors in the whole apartment was in two bathrooms. There were no bins in any room except the kitchen, confusing instructions about how to deal with waste in Venice. TV had no english channels. Fridge was dirty when we arrived but the host did clean it (must have entered our apartment during the night when we were sleeping as we woke up to a clean fridge, not sure how I feel about this approach but intentions were good). can be quite loud outside at night - you can hear people running, shouting (not the host fault of course).
